We then analyse your situation and any documents you send across and the most appropriate member of our team will create a personalised Summary and Proposal for you.

You Summary and Proposal will summarise your discussion and the options we feel are available to you alongside a full proposal of our support steps and costs. You will then have the opportunity to discuss your Summary and Proposal with our admin team to discuss if this is right for you and what payment options are available. There is no obligation to any of this support as we hope to empower those who come through our system with the knowledge to know how to improve their situation and the offer to support them throughout that journey.
